Shipping and Returns Policy
A notice will be sent via email when a parcel has left FiveDimes HQ, which will include tracking if tracked post has been selected at the checkout. Please note that standard envelope post does not receive tracking. Shipping times start when the parcel has been dispatched, not from time of purchase.
- DOMESTIC (within Australia):
- Queensland Orders - please allow 2-5 business days for populated regions, and 3-6 business days for rural areas.
- Interstate Orders - please allow 2-7 business days
INTERNATIONAL (outside Australia):
- USA - please allow 10-30 business days.
- Europe - please allow 10-30 business days.
- Asia - please allow 10-30 business days.
- UK - please allow 10-30 business days.
- CANADA - please allow 10-30 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the pandemic, shipping times have been significantly extended both domestically and internationally. Currently, some countries are not accepting any parcel post through their borders, please check with your local post office to see if you are able to receive post before placing an order.

If you are returning a tsurikawa, after return confirmation, please package up your tsurikawa securely, and post back to PO BOX 631 Capalaba 4157 QLD Australia with tracking. Please provide the tracking number in your email. Once the parcel has reached HQ, a replacement tsurikawa will be sent out free of charge, or a refund for the initial purchase will be made. Shipping is a nonrefundable cost.
Return/exchange of goods can be made if:
1. The product has not been misused
2. The product has a large manufacturing fault
3. The item you have received is incorrect
Exchange or refund of goods can be refused for misused products, stolen items or change of mind.
